No dia seguinte, quando eles retornam, Kaavya vai trabalhar e descobre que ela passe para entrar no escritório foi cancelada. Ela vai conversar com Siddharth, que puxa uma arma, tortura-la e diz que ele nunca teve qualquer sentimento por ela, ele só queria vingança pela operação policial puxou. Ele diz a ela que ele pune as pessoas que mexer com ele, e diz para ela sair de seu escritório. Kaavya coração partido sai e aplica-se para um outro trabalho com o apoio de Vicky. Enquanto Vicky está caindo, ela corre para fora do carro e vômitos. Ele a leva para o médico, apenas para descobrir que ela está grávida.
Kaavya atende Siddharth novamente e mais uma vez ele humilha ela, mas ela lhe informa que ela está grávida. Naquela noite, ele a sequestra e mata não só o bebê, mas também remove os ovários e atira-a para um bordel. Kaavya torna-se uma profissional do sexo e dorme com muitas pessoas para chegar a Siddharth. Ela finalmente se humilhado e preso. Kaavya, agora feliz e contente, se move com Vicky, que confessa seu amor por ela, mas ela fica morto a tiros pela esposa de um dos homens que ela dormiu com. Kaavya morre ea mulher atira-se bem, dizendo que a vingança é a melhor sensação.

Hate Story is a 2012 Indian erotic thriller film directed by Vivek Agnihotri and produced by Vikram Bhatt [1][2][3] It stars Paoli Dam,Gulshan Devaiya and Nikhil Dwivedi in lead roles and trailer was released on March 18 [4] [5][6][7] The film the first of its kind and the only other Bollywood movie close to being an erotic thriller is Utsav.[8]

The next day, when they return, Kaavya goes to work and finds out that her pass to get inside the office has been cancelled. She goes to talk to Siddharth, who pulls a gun out, tortures her and says that he never had any feelings for her; he just wanted revenge for the sting operation she pulled. He tells her that he punishes people who mess with him, and tells her to get out of his office. Heartbroken Kaavya leaves and applies for another job with Vicky's support. While Vicky is dropping her, she runs out of the car and vomits. He takes her to the doctor, only to find out that she is now pregnant.
Kaavya meets Siddharth again and he once again humiliates her, but she informs him that she is pregnant. That night, he kidnaps her and not only kills the baby, but also removes her ovaries and throws her into a brothel. Kaavya becomes a sex worker and sleeps with many people to get to Siddharth. She finally gets him humiliated and arrested. Kaavya, now happy and content, moves on with Vicky, who confesses his love for her, but she gets shot to death by the wife of one of the men that she slept with. Kaavya dies and the woman shoots herself as well, saying that revenge is the best feeling.

Subhash K. Jha of IANS has given 3.5 out of 5 Stars by saying "'Hate Story' is a most riveting and aesthetic saga of a woman's revenge against the man." [9]. Taran Adarsh of Bollywood Hungama gave the film a score of 3 out of 5 and said, "On the whole, HATE STORY banks on the age-old vendetta theme, but what takes it beyond the mediocre mark is the cat and mouse game played by the protagonist and antagonist, besides, of course, the bold and provocative scenes that add spice to the proceedings. Though engaging in parts, there's no denying that the second hour seizes your attention, making it a watchable experience." [10]. Srijana Mitra Das for The Times of India has given 3 out of 5 stars and says "'So, yeah, Hate Story exposes a lot - underneath Delhi's surface, that is, not really, as the adverts so tantalizingly showcased, of leading lady Paoli Dam. The film instead blows the top right off the dirty deals, the, well, intercourse between different power spheres ruling India's capital - business, politics, journalism, police, all meet in this slick flick. Depending on who you are, the intersections provide some pleasure - and lots of pain." [10]
Raja Sen for Rediff.com has given 1.5/5 stars and says "Despites its bold promos, Hate Story offers very little skin show." [10].
